With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, legal advocacy, and community engagement, Ms. Canale is dedicated to advancing access to justice and empowering underserved communities.  She has led legal aid initiatives, strengthened nonprofit organizations, expanded pro bono networks, and built strategic partnerships to improve access to legal services.  Currently serving as a Senior Attorney with the Office of Clients' Rights Advocacy, a division of Disability Rights of California, she represents regional center consumers in statewide administrative hearings.  She graduated first in her law class with summa cum laude honors and is an award-winning public speaker with Distinguished Toastmaster status.  Ms Canale combines legal expertise, strategic leadership, and a commitment to equity and meaningful community impact.
